Twenty-seven artists. Two days. One very full Atrium.
The annual Celebration of Art, presented by The Artists’ Studio of Palos Verdes, transforms the Atrium at Palos Verdes Art Center into a showcase of creativity and imagination.
Wander from booth to booth among photography and paintings in oil, acrylic, and watercolor. Jewelers and glass artists show their sparkling work. Textile artists bring handmade, one-of-a-kind pieces. Ceramics and turned wood round out the weekend.
This year, there’s something for your ears, too: live Cuban music and Latin jazz with Mike Rivero, Jose A. Vasquez, and Carlos Cuba. Some artists will also be demonstrating at their booths, so you may catch a piece coming together.
The Artists' Studio of Palos Verdes – A Professional Artist Group
Founded in 1998 The Artists’ Studio of Palos Verdes (TAS) is a professional artist co-operative affiliated with Palos Verdes Art Center (PVAC), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit community arts organization.
Our goal is to support, promote and develop the creative potential of our artists through the sale of their artwork, and to provide marketing opportunities for our members and PVAC through events and exhibitions.
In 2021 the TAS Gallery and Gift Shop re-opened at the Palos Verdes Art Center. The gallery feature one-of-a-kind paintings, jewelry, clothing, sculptures, pottery and art photography all created by our local TAS artists.
