Return Policy and Order Cancellations
You may return or exchange any item within 7 days of receiving it (with the exception of special or custom orders and final sale items. To make a return or exchange, please contact The Artists’ Studio Gallery at 310-698-9773 .
Returns
Items may be returned for a refund of the purchase price only; shipping charges will not be refunded. You will receive your refund in the same form of payment used to place your order. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Special or Custom Orders
Special orders and custom orders cannot be returned unless they are damaged in transit.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as "final sale" may not be returned or exchanged for any reason.
Apparel
Apparel in new, unworn condition may be returned within 7 days of receipt. We cannot accept returns on apparel that has been damaged, altered, or worn.
Items Damaged in Transit
If your package appears damaged, please call us at 310-698-9773 so we can arrange to have it inspected either in person or via Facetime. Please retain all of the original packing materials.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless an item was received damaged.

Refunds
Your refund will be processed three business days after your return is received, though it may take 7–10 business days for your refund to appear in your payment account. Note that we cannot provide refunds for any items that have been damaged, altered, or worn. You will receive your refund in the same form of payment used to place your order. You will be credited for the price of the item.. Note that the original shipping charges will not be refunded unless the item arrived damaged.

Repack your order. Make sure the item(s) are securely packaged; use the original packaging if possible. You are responsible for any damage due to improper packaging.
3. Send your return or exchange within 5 business days of notifying
The Artist’s Studio Gallery of the impending return.
Cancellations
Any order (except special or custom orders) can be canceled before it is shipped. To cancel an order, please notify The Artist Studio Gallery at 310 698 9773.
